Default oil pump!

So I have a gsr block with no oil pump. I have a b16 oil pump at home, and I was wondering if it will work on the gsr block. I know it will bolt up, but I need to know, does it put out the same work a gsr oil pump does? and I i run a b16 oil pump, will i also need to run a b16 water pump. Reason I ask is last time when I mated an ls fpr on a b16, it created problems and car ran like crap, b/c fuel pressure specs on the ls fpr were different than the b16 fpr. SO do want to run into a problem later down the road

you will be fine. all oil pumps are interchangable as long as they are b series.

Just get a nice new oil pick up for good insurance based upon the block you have. It's just a couple of bucks..
