Default How much would you pay for this Si?

99 Si w/ 81k on the body, unknown on the engine. here's a picture: http://www.prospectautomart.com/images/dsc01044.jpg

carfax shows:
-totaled (body is practically flawless, even the bay. i think engine may have blown because it has a jdm b16a though the dealer doesn't seem to know that)
-flood damage (car is still minty inside and out. i didn't see any flood damage..)
-salvaged and rebuilt title

observations and what i've collected from talking to the dealer guy:
unknown timing belt mileage, cheap ebay taillights, APEXi N1 catback, DC sports header, rear passenger rotor making noise, clank in suspension over bumps, front bumper isn't flush, stupid stick-on interior trim, short shifter, and painted calipers.

what would you guys pay for this? i'm thinking $4000 firm and even that's a stretch....

All this sketchiness means stay away. Far away and to maybe call the dealer a dumbass.

omg, you blow off flood damage like it's nothing! That's serious! Why do you think insurance companies write these cars off?????

The electronics get seriously screwed!!

Unless everything peice of electronics was replaced I would stay clear.
Car looks clean, but it was written off for a reason.
