Default Just did Valve adjustment on my B18c1. Still ticking?

I just did a valve adjustment on my B18c1. I set the exhaust side to .008 and intake to .007 and I doubled checked everything making sure that .009 doesn't clear the exhaust side and .008 doesn't clear intake. I used the feeler gauge within specs to check 2 points after tightening the valve lash nut. The camshaft lobe and the top of the springs. Am I doing something wrong? Or is something wrong with my motor? The feeler gauges within specs would go in smoothly with a little drag. Do tell me if you guys can't read my English.

could be injector ticking but if you insist on valves noise set lash to -0- and be sure not over do it as the valves may stay open. if noise gos away valve lash prob if not prob injector noise

Hhhmmm. I could be setting my expectations too high. Is GSR injectors usually loud enough to hear it? After I did the adjustment, it was noticably quieter but, not as quiet as the old single cam I had. I will make a video 2m and let you guys see if it's okay.

lost motion actuators are, to describe them best, like a dummy spring to maintain constant pressure on the vtec rocker arm when not in vtec. That is how it was explained to me. as they wear out they begin to stick and/or not spring back you get the same results as if your valve lash is out of specs. on a b18cx you have 8 of them, and they do wear out.

This has been covered many times and can easily be searched and is more than likely what would need to be replaced to be quiet like when it was new

LMA= Lost motion assemblies

Found in the head under the rockers for tension

Thanks, I will begin the researching and hopefully it won''t be a hassle to fix if it turns out to be that.
