b18c5/b16a head swap car wont start (CEL #10)

Car had a b18c Intake manifold, now has a b16a2 manifold, on the plug for the IAT on the loom it only has 1 red/blue wire and where I believe another wire went has been blocked off. (before swap there was no CEL) Does a b18c IAT sensor only have/need 1 wire and can I put one on my b16a2 intake manifold?
The b18c5 Swap was just finished and this is the code we get and not starting, after a quick google it said a faulty/no IAT sensor will cause long cranking and spark knock when cold. Since the engine hasnt been started in months this would make it even harder? Car is cranking and getting spark
