this has prob been covered before but i searched a little bit and cant find anything

i have a B18C1 block
with a B16A head

do i use a b16 headgasket and a gsr timing belt?

i am currently trying to put on a b16 timing belt and it seems too tight to fit

 

You use a gsr timing belt, always match the timing belt to what block you have. Gsr or b16 will work provided that your still 81mm aka stock bore. The part numbers from acura and honda are the same for both head gaskets.

 

U wanna use a gsr timing belt a b16 belt WILL NOT WORK

 

Either gsr or itr timing belt will work, b16 wont work because b16 blocks are shorter in height

but civicgsrturbo32 im 81.5mm

had to bore the block .20 over

i got a regular b16 headgasket ..will this work ?

since the combustion chamber size still has not changed?

stock b16a head
stock b16 headgasket
.20 over b18c1 block
.20 p73 pistons

everything good to go no worries?
