Cant get my tailights or rear turn signals to function. Front corners and turn singals work but flash fast as if a light is out, which might be because the rears arent working. Harness has no power going to the rear lights. Brake lights work. I ofcourse cant find my shop manual. Any fuses or connections i should look at and there location?

pin connector wasnt plugged in at the dash fuse box...
