Default Help if possible

I have a 93 honda accord i the motor went so i am replacing it with a f22b1. i went to a junk yard and got a motor from a 97... i kno the f22b1s differ form 9-95 then 96-97 but my question is how much. I looked for my Vtech pressure switch on the motor but im not finding it. CAn neone help. I am new to this its my first motorswap and doing it on my own.

Why did you get an OBDII motor when you have an OBDI car? It would be much easier to get one already OBDI....

I went to like 5 different junk yards lookin for a h22 motor b they culdnt find one so i just asked for that not thinkin

be better off buying engines online! so this new motor is vtec f22? and the original motor wusnt vtec?.if it wusnt vtec then u will need to convert the ecu to engage vtec.

yeah i learned that the hard way but i have a POA to but the 97 runs with the POHso i dunno if i can use that or just get the POH

Downconvert the motor to OBDI then, I believe you need different distributor among other things (injectors maybe?)

I believe there is a writeup in the FAQ, also do a search in the Accord section for a list.

ive searched in the accord forum and i cant seem to find how to wire in the map sensor for the f22b1. can neone point me in the right direction on where to find it or how to do it?
