Default Help on electrical

I have a 97 accord with a f22b2 motor. The motor blew so i replaced it with another f22b2 motor which i thought was the exact same. I swapped out sub frames with motor and transmission and used the wiring harnes that was with new motor. It plugged into car fine but car doesnt run good. The ecu,s are different. How can i make my original ecu work with new motor?

Did the new f2bb2 motor have the crank sensor ? If not, you need to swap over the oil pump from the old motor to the new.

You might want to run a compression test first just to make sure the new motor is in good condition.
