Default cel code 91 still on.

for starters i live in cali and i need to reff my car. i have a 96 hatch with a b16a2 with all 99-00 wiring. and got a 91 cel code on my check engine light. so i installed a ftp censor into my car hoping it would get rid of it... but it didnt. so im thinking its because i dont have the right coll canister. can any body confirm this please please please pleeease.

here is what my col canister looks like.

your tank doesnt have the sensor, it was installed only on 99-00 civic chassis, your 99-00 si ecu is looking for a sensor that isnt there. Ive heard of people switching tanks. do some SEARCHING. google is amazing

I'm not sure if you read what I wrote... but quick recap. I have installed a ftp censor (fuel tank pressure censor) and recet the ecu and. Still cel code 91 pops up. Anybody else got some input for me.
