Default cel code 91: evap...running rich as hell making me throw cel code 45

97 civ with stock 99 b18b. i heard that the obd2a does not have this sensor, that is why my obd2b is looking for it. is this true? in that case will switching to obd1 ecu remedy this situation?

All 96+ Integra's and 96+ Civic EX's have a fuel tank pressure sensor, that is why their ecu's look for it. Swapping to OBD1 would solve the problem, but CEL 91 shouldn't make your car run rich or cause any real problems. I should know because my car has CEL 91 but no CEL 45
