Tuesday night driving home I noticed my car wasn't running properly.

1. Idle is down to 500 RPM. The car is barely staying running (sputters) and puffs black smoke. Stalls when first started if I raise the rpm at all.
2. RICH. Smell of gas is crazy.
3. Black spark plugs

So Weds. afternoon, i took off the IACV and cleaned the **** out of it (been meaning to do this for a while). Didn't help.

Thurs. I pulled the plugs. The plugs were still farely good shape, but they were BLACK!!!!. I replaced them with brand new plugs and ran the car for 2 mins. Same things 500rpm idle and rich. Pulled the plugs and they were just as black as the old ones.

Today i replaced my aftermarket fuel pressure regulator with a new OEM one. No change. Also checked all my vacuum lines twice, all connected and no sign of any holes.

I do have chipped ECU but I have had this since i bought the car. There is also a small exhaust leak.

So... What could be the problem? Timing (if it can throw itself off)?

Ends up. The Map sensor that replaced 2 weeks ago broke. The nipple broke off in the hose.
