Default F22B2 to F22B1 swap

G'day fellow Hondafiles.
I have 4 accords on the road (95EX, 95EX-R, and 2X 97SEs)
I am parting out a fifth one (95EX-R) and thus have a complete spare F22B1 with 200K-Km on it with wiring harness and ECU.

My 97SE has high mileage but is the nicest of the lot as it was imported from Texas just a couple of years ago, and I'd like to put the F22B1 from my 95EX-R in it. Can I back convert the car from OBD2 to OBD1 by simply swapping the engine, wiring harness and ECU? IOW, will the 97SE wiring accommodate the F22B1 wiring and ECU? and will this cause issues with any of the other systems currently monitored by OBD2 in the car?

Alternatively, I can put the F22B1 from my 95EX-R (OBD1) into my 95EX which currently holds a F22B2 (OBD1); my understanding is that it is a straight swap of engine, wiring harness and ECU.

And then take the displaced F22B2 from my 95EX (OBD1) and put it in the 97SE, replacing the current high mileage F22B2 (OBD2). My understanding is that to convert an F22B2 from OBD1 to OBD2 using all of the OBD2 wiring and sensors... I will need to change the oil pump and add a sensor to the stripped down OBD1 engine.

I haven't started any of this and at this time just looking for advise/opinion.

Paul

Thanks for that ilikehonda.
what about this part of the job from my original post, am I right in my understanding?
