hey Ht i got a question

i just got a Eg with an 98 LS

and when i got it the dude before me had jus finished tryn to swap in new LS 4th and 5th cus he blew the old 4th and 5th but whn he finishd he culdnt close the casing over the tranny .. and he had said it was a gsr tranny , but it says 75 and if im rite thats an LS so idk where he got that from

i quickly sent it to my step dad in newyork cus i dnt kno anything about working on trannys ... he got it and fixed it up said it had a bad main shaft and like two bad bearings so everything got fixed its fine now

but he did tell me it is an LS tranny but it has 1st and 2nd gears .. i was jus wondering how would that setup work in my stock LS ?

i dnt have plans yet .. idk if im going vtec or turbo so i was jus wondering how wuld it fit in for rite now
