first of all i did do a search. may not hav been good enough but i did one none the less.

i have an 01 coupe. i was wondering about the headlights. obviously we all know where the high/low beam bulb goes and the signal. my question is what is that bulb in the circle between the two for and how or when do they go on. i have never seen them on in this car but bulbs are in there. its an American car btw

 

those bulbs are supposed to be running when you turn the parking lights on.

 

so im guessing the bulbs are blown than thanks. also is that what people refer to as "city lights"
