Default OEM leather seats for EK

what seats bolt right up in an EK that came in leather factory?

I love the look of S2k seats, but they're expensive and im sure i'd have to make modifications to the brackets or something right?

but I know like ITR seats fit, but those are expensive as hell and are cloth/suede whatever. i want leather.

anyone?

You can get GSR leather seats out of the integra, You just have to swap the seat rails and they will bolt right in. And for the rears youll need the top from a 2 door and bottam from a 4 door integra, Maybe its the other way around i forget.

To fit S2k seats you have to swap seat pans and they will work.

"Si" leather seats are aftermarket reupholstered seats, usually wrapped by a local shop under Honda (through the dealership). These seats can come in many different patterns and colors and with different logos or no logos at all.

But... they're still not common to fund unless you want to go to a local auto upholstery shop, which will charge you an arm and a leg.

In short, buy some used local leather Integra seats instead.

There's lots of '96-'00 Civic models (and models based upon them) that came with factory leather seats.

But... not in the United States, which is where about 90%+ of Honda-Tech members are located.

Finding and then acquiring leather seats from a Civic or similar model from another country would be more trouble than it's worth. The buyer might as well pay an arm and a leg to get their own stock seats wrapped in leather, pay an arm and a leg for stock seats previously wrapped in leather or pay an arm and a leg for Acura EL seats from Canada (not super common to find either of those last two for sale in the US either).

It's really, really worth it to just go with the Integra seats. They're going to be loads easier to find for sale in the US and not as expensive as some of those other seats.

I agree, going with the much more comfortable and better quality Integra leathers would be the best option, if leather is what some wants

Just a heads up...the Canadian EL with leather option of coarse are a direct bolt in, but in my opinion definitely not worth it! They are of poor quality leather inserts with pleather bolsters and wear badly....i would never waste my time with them.

oh yeah, there was another thread about this same topic earlier too......about leather civic seats

S2k seats can be expensive but you can swap the seat pans out and they will bolt right in... It isn't really difficult to do and you get the comfort, look and support of the s2k seats with the oem fit and recline of your stock seats...

Its really the best way to go IMO and my favorite mod I have done to my car...

My car didn't come with the si leathers, i was searching on craigslist for some gsr leathers and ran into the post for si leathers. I ended up buying them that hour for 140$ for front and back seats.
But I'd still recommend gsr leathers. They're just cooler and easier to find.

Sedan, Coupe or Hatch? The Canadian Acura 1.6 EL came with a full leather interior, including even the armrest. Only for sedan, though. I've got a line on a complete set not too far away from me - it would be expensive, though, to ship with freight etc. Nice seats though.

Sample images:

Please remember that not all "Si leather" seats look the same.

They have different colors, patters and stitches.

Sorry to bring back up an old post, But I am kinda in the same situation. I want to do like 2008 Civic Si suede leather seats. Is that as much of changing out the seat pans also?
