i know that i need new brake pads but i don't know what to buy and how to change them out. but i can figure out how to change them.. thats besides the point

and since i don't think they have ever been touched, someone told me that i would need to rotate the brake disks/drums?

 

Just replace the pads and, if the discs or drums are grooved, have them turned.

 

you can take off the bads and buy like them.

if the brake pedal or the steering wheel is vibrate when you braking in this case the disks or rotors must be change

this only covers disc brakes though. i would go ahead and replace the rotors, they are fairly cheap for hondas anyways. www.tirerack.com has really good prices on brembo blanks and your choice of pads.
