I ran a p28 with Crome for a year emissions came around so I put in stock ecu. (2000 Civic Si) so now with my build almost done, out of couriosity I decided to try out my P28. I pugged it in and the fuel pump wouldnt prime and had a solid CEL. I had a old VAFC so I plugged in in to my stock ecu and everything is fine. So I plugged my P28 back in to see what it was doing and rpms are going crazy, tps, pressure are all going nuts and the car isnt even on? any suggestions on what it can be?

I forgot to add that on the harness side of the ECU it gets really hot on the left of it.
