More info needed.

Is engine in or out?
If in, does it run?
What makes you think there is an overheating issue?
Have you done a compression check?
How many M/K on engine? 94

Not gettin your concern. Is the car overheating now? If it over heated in the past and the owner repaired it then there may not be any problems. Obvious signs of trouble is coolant in the oil or vice versa, slow overheating condition after 15 mins or so of running, and or white smoke coming out of the tail pipe.

Ditto the above^^^

Can the car be test driven?
Are you buying the car or just the engine?
If just the engine, why is it for sale? 94
