So I finally do the timing belt and replace the drive belts. Get the entire car back together, get ready to leave and it sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

AC Idler pulley is hot as hell, it has a brand new bearing in it.



When I put it back together I only had the collar that fits in the bearing on the side closest to the motor then the pulley, then a small washer the size of the inner race of the bearing, then the nut.

I need a picture of someone's that is already assembled or something, sucks a big project hit the wall because of something like this...

The setup on the left is correct. The setup on the right is backwards, thanks to a moron dealership.
