Icon2 Question about swapping motors??

I currently have a 1995 Honda civic Dx (EH2) hatch and I was wanting to pull the D15 and swap for a B18 LS motor Vtec head. NOW is there any thing els other than the money transfer i would have to do to make my car LEGALLY run on the street? Would i have to change anything on insurance or title based??

btw is $1000 a good deal for an LS COMPLETE SWAP with trans? under 120K

thanks for the people who help out here!!!

Wether or not you have to do things to make it legal in your state, I don't know.
Your insurance doesn't need to know anything.

The ls has a vtec head?
If so id be very carefull buying it.

No need for anything, cause ur obdI and live in NC. 1g is a decent price for a complete ls but as dude said above me the ls doesnt come with a vtec head so check the block number should be b18b or b18a. Youll need a integra shift linkage along with an integra t bracket and integra axles. Everything else should b plug and play if ur ls motor is obdI also. Oh yeah ul need a integra ecu or a chipped ecu with a ls base map. Make sure ur motor is equipped with a altenator and dizzy cause ur d alt wont fit and u d dizzy will work but ul have to cut an ear or two off to make it fit
