Default Is my GE block still good?

As you can see from the pics taken from the bottom up, my cylider has 2 notches in the cylider wall about 5/8ths of inch long. This is b16b with 84mm bore GE iron sleeves and I am wondering what I could do to repair this?

it should be good
just do a notching job with a dremel like on the D16 block when you put aftermarket rod
your machine shop could do it for you if you are afraid of DIY
