i know i know not another post but my friend just layed down 350hp on a little 50 trim turboed lsv and runing on a cast iron manifold. Wants to upgrade so what's a good ram horn manifold around 500$???

For the most part, a ramhorn is a ramhorn. Pretty much every company makes one and they're all basically alike in price, performance and quality. Honestly, for your power goals, there's no need to run a ramhorn. The runners are long and large which will cause unnecessary lag without providing any additional power up top. If this were my setup, i would get a mini-ram or another style similar to it. On my setup, I run a manifold similar to the SLS Prototype.

 

Especially on a small unit as a 50 trim. He needs better tuning, better hardware, and turn the boost up. stop worrying about the manifold so much.

 

bigger turbo before manifold

 

he made 355hp and 250ft on 14 psi pump gas 93 on a stock b16 head with fully built ls block, and hes not keeping this turbo, hes going bigger so thats why im asking who makes a good ram horn for around 500$.

 

for around 500 its hard to find a ramhorn. a mini ram is more around that price. most ramhorns are going for 600+ for a good one that you want to last. Go on the forced induction in the market place and look around

Extreme Turbo systems up in WA has a ramhorn/topmount/Forward facing honda manifold now.. Its not listed on their website yet but they do have them... I am not sure on the price of the ramhorn yet.. But you could give them a call...

Guys the price of full race may be higher than all these companies but I can assure you that you'll get what you pay for.. Haven't you guys all noticed all these threads pertaining to Peakboost, AFI, etc etc and everyone complains about customer service..

 

I've delt with speedfactory in washington before, awesome guys up there and great customer service. Build quality is top notch as well.

 

Mini rams seem like the best bang for the buck. There have been a few ramhorn manifolds in the marketplace for under 500 bucks. Just a thought
