You need a manifold that will fit the 16G...if you're running D-series engine...Just get a HF/Std exhaust manifold and port match the manifold to turbo...use adapter plate to adapt turbo onto manifold.

16g to tiny for that motor.....hell we put an hx35 on a stock b16 and it was crazzzy...just start reading ull find lota **** on t3/t4 setups and **** for b16s which will better suit your needs....

for manifold look up lovefab, sfp, bmc, one fab, neukin, blox, full race any are good just a personal preference on which route to take....

then you're looking in the wrong direction. The head flow efficiency of the honda is over 30% over the Evo. Specifically the Evo VIII uses a twin scroll design flange. that will have to be fabricated.

Plan on getting about 220whp or so from that setup. Not designed for honda...

I do agree with the special flange.. but I do believe that he will make more than 220 with that turbo. They are surprising little turbos.

You need a t-25 or t-28 manifold, and as for the tanged turbine housing you can go on ebay an get a 8cm turbine housing with a regular exhaust entry to replace the twin scroll entry.
$100 is a hell of a steal, I beleive that turbo has a titanium turbine shaft and spools quicker than any hybrid 16g.

U can get away with internal wastegate..

If you run external all u need to do is weld the wastegate flapper shut and mount wastegate on manifold..

Kewl, I just seen u posted it came off a MR EVo, I think the turbine housings on the MR are slightly larger then the normal turbine housing on the EVO Curt Brown put into the 10's

you can buy the manifold for the 16g from bmcrace.com thats where i bought mines for my ls turbo. and btw no way is the 16g too small and only make 220whp @ 15 psi on a b16 with that turbo is crazy, there is a guy in this forum with a 16g on his d16y8 with 13psi dyno @220-230whp , i also had a dyno on my old computer of a gsr turbo with the evo 16g @14psi and dyno @290whp hondata tuned. def keep the turbo.
