So I'm just wanting to document everything I do to my car for future reference. I'm not working at the moment so I'm hoping to get a lot done this week.
When I first got my rex




I didn't like the si's so I switched them out for 14" Hx rims. Had to grind down my caliper.. (Facepalm) I didn't know they would of fit lmao.


New hood emblem and hooked up my Bumper lights =D

 

Just a couple questions..
Ever since I switched to the hx rims when I go past 50 mph my front rims shake. Like not crazy but I can feel it significantlly in my steering wheels. Doesn't feel safe at all..
Also I found a Battery relocation guide can I use my stock battery for it?

 

could be a couple of things. easiest would be to check your lugs for proper torque. if the tires have excessive neg camber wheel, it could effect your driving. like pulling left and right quickly anytime you go over cracks or bumps. It wasnt doing it before? try swapping your back wheels with the front ones and see what happens. start with the simple stuff first.

Yeah I was planning on rotating my tires and checking tire pressure I've just been stuck on the computer slobering over cars lmao. Nice I wanted a Ek soo bad before I got this one, but this one is starting to grow on me. I'm in northeast denver.. Enjoy the mile high lol

 

Well.. I found this rex in the picture thread. I loved the pic but idk about the color on the wheels. Maybe white with black lip and H what do you guys think?

 

The bronze seems right on to me man but I just like hx wheels in general. I would say black with a red lip though if you're looking for a different color.

 

Yeah bronze does look good. Hmm.. Well I clean my IAVC since my idle would start at 600 then just fall to 200 and keep on doing it until i drove it for about 10 mins hope I got that fixed. Pictures up soon. Gonna start a wire tuck pretty soon just doing research on what I can remove and what I can't since I dont have AC anyways

Thanks the only thing that isnt black is blue, which is the roof. Don't really know what I can use to replace it? Any suggestions?

 

So cleaning the IAVC didn't help when I turned it on this morning.. It would idle from around 100 to 900 rpm and sometimes it would feel it wants to die. But once it's warm it idles at a perfect 900.. Any suggestions.? Also I'm finishing putting in my missing wheel stud today fml

 

I'm thinking of putting the block off plate.. Since mine is broken to kingdom come
