Which engine mount(s) is broken?

The car shakes once it's warm up. It shake a bit when I put it into reverse. In neutral and drive it does not shake if at all. With the AC running it does not shakes.
I looked at the mount, and none seems to be crack or at least grossly broken that I can see.
What's the best way to test to see which one is broken?
My car is 1990 Honda Accord LX 4AT.

The front mount on the front cross beam is usually the first engine mount to go bad. How does that one look?

1990 Accord LX 4AT.
That could be the one as I think I saw a crack in it? Should I get a harden polyurethane one to replace it with? Is it easy to do? Any DIY around?
Would this cause the car to shake in reverse?
