My tranny just took a crap and i got a m2f4, i know it doesnt have lsd and i read somewhere that the jdm lsd doesnt work in the usdm trannys. So will a kaaz or quaife lsd work in the M2F4 or cant you put lsd in the M2F4?

I have one in mine and I have had no problems with it. It is actually easier to break a Quaife than one of these. The JDM LSD do not use gears or clutches, so no gears to break and no clutch packs to wear out. It is called an uncontained viscous diffferential. Read up on it.
This store through google shopping has it for less than 750 shipped. It's the lowest price I've ever seen.

Viscous lsd's are next to useless compared to helical and clutch-type.

Viscous is def better than an open-diff, but it's severely lacking compared to the other two. Viscous usually has much lower bias, and it's not very responsive at all. There's a reason ITR, Euro R, S2k's etc got torsen diff's. It's also no coincidence that a lot of Z (and other models that came with viscous stock) owners swap out the stock viscous diff.
It's always better to get a non-M2B4 trans and add an aftermarket diff.
