Tranny mount stud gone? only on 2 of 3 bolts/nuts?

Tranny mount stud gone? only on 2 of 3 bolts/nuts?
Well, I just did a final inspection before the track event. I did notice I am missing 1 of 2 tranny mount studs. When I look at the tranny mount, it is literally gone. There is little to no distance from the mount and the tranny.
A few questions:
1) How hard is it to put another stud back in. I never put one in, do I just hammer it?
2) What are the effects, if any?
