Stripped tranny mount threads. PLEASE LOOK
I have been doing some searching, and have been unable to find a helicoil kit that is for either 17mm or 19mm. I believe the bot is 19mm and the nut is 17mm right? Looking at the time sert, they do not make a kit that would work either? Any suggestions?

okay. not positive here, but maybe i have been asking the wrong question.. What is the thread pitch of the bolts that go into the tranny for the tranny mount? Not the rear mount or the torque mount. Just the tranny mount that mounts to the top of the tranny. this is a 96 gsr tranny.

are you talking about where the tranny top mount is? there are 2 nuts/studs and one bolt? if thats it, they are 12mmx1.25 and i just had to insert mine. he hee. they are pricey, about 45 bucks for the kit.
