Would that cause the problem when the a/c is off?

Does the condenser fan fail to run when the A/C button is pushed?

Any CEL codes? Is the coolant level low? Any overheating? Start by bleeding the cooling system.

Bleeding the coolant is my current plan. Will check the level. I will check on the fan. The CEL is not lit. I assume that means no codes? No overheating. Always stays below half way.

Default A/C Idle Bounce + Stops Getting Cold, Bogging/Hesitation

OK, I have had a lot of time to experience and figure out how to explain what is happening. Please read all and then reply.

First, regardless of AC on or off I have hesitation/bogging while accelerating until high rpm's (not in the typical way with these small motors. I know someone will chime in saying its a 1.5L motor and will be low on power at low rpms)

Second, I will drive along with a/c on and every so often the a/c stops blowing cold. At this time, when putting the car in neutral, the engine will cycle between 900 and 1400 rpms. Climb, drop, climb, drop...
Eventually this will stop and the a/c gets cold again
I assume the compressor is off during the idle lope.

Finally, until the car warms up and goes into closed loop the car runs great. T

Does anyone have an explanation that fits these symptoms?
New cap, rotor, plugs, wires. Cleaned FITV/IACV.
Checked MAP Sensor voltage.

Thank you so very much for your help. I just drove this thing from FL to NYC a few weeks ago and am about to drive back. It would be nice to drive a car that actually accelerates and will keep cool.

Also, something isn't right with my neutral safety switch because I can start the car without depressing the clutch. Could this affect anything?
