its got a JDM d15b swap in it, tokico illumnas on skunk2 springs, Dr20's with Falken Azena rt-615 tires on them... pretty happy with it so far.. CLEAN??? opinions??? what should i do with it???

 

pull that d15b out and put something with more meat in it

take that money you plan spending on painting it and start saving for a B series instead

does the swap have forged internals, built bottom end? you may consider boosting it

But if looks is all your after then do whatever color that pleases you

I personally would make the care look better before worrying about an engine swap, especially if there is no real need for the swap.

If it is a daily driver and you are happy with the power that you have now, by all means, get the thing painted. Later on, should you decide to do a swap, you will have a nice looking chassis to drop the motor in to.

The fast and ugly approach has never been well accepted by me. BUT, to each his own.

You should drive it! Do whatever you like, check out other Sols and see what you like. It looks like a great start.

 

i was more or less asking less of what i should do with it... i ment what can i do to it? i dont really see any after market support for del sol's (and im not talkin about body kits or anything...)

like the little things people do with eg's. i never see del sol's with ek side skirts (can you do that???, or any good looking spoilers...

but i saw something about puting a stock eg spoiler on the roof of a del sol? anyone know where i can get a step by step to do that? or pics of that?

and regarding everyone telling me to go B-series... i already have motor plans. Boosted vitara built Z6. i got almost the whole kit now.... all i need now is a good turbo manifold.

and honestly the purple is starting to grow on me... lol might keep it like that... cuz it looks black at night, dark blue when in the sun and purple in the shade
