Hey guys i am new in Honda tech and i am just wondering if anybody might know some more information on crx's. I bought a crx with JDM B16a2 I am wondering were do these motors originally come from or they were brought out with the crx?

Also any ideas on what headers to used an as well a good intake manifold?

Headers don't make much for power on the B16A, maybe 1-2hp, but they look nice, and are much lighter. I always go with a good brand name, but it's your choice


As far as intake manifolds go, both oem and aftermarket, the P30 which your engine should now have, it one of the very best! You can improve upon it though, send it out to get ported. Extrude Hone is one of the very best and experienced with that manifold, and makes proven numbers...better than ANY aftermarket manifold i've seen for an all motor application

p.s. you have 1 exhaust manifold... so you don't want "headers" you would need 1 "header" just an fyi
