Im putting together a gsr head and a jdm b18c block.

This may be a stupid question but does it matter which gasket i get? if its the gsr or the b18c? or are they the same?

and...wheres the best place to get them from?

yeah their the same ,,, b18 are gsr hints the c in b18c... common??/ i always say to ask,,better safe than sorry...U could pik those up any wher...If ur looking for quaility like spoon, mugen etc. try INLINE4.com bunch off sik parts from JApan...bout the spoon for my crx b16. I would go to jegs.. sport compacts and see if they got a Mr. gasket for u..its like 50 bucks..

sinknastrexo... he didn't specify weather he was using an sir-g b18c or a b18c-r bottom end. either way the usdm gsr head will bolt to the jdm block, i've always used the head gasket for the head that i was using, not the block. as far as gaskets, i'd go with felpro or oem. i bought some ebay gaskets for my motor, they didnt' work out so well.

luckily for the B series, its as simple as buying a headgasket for a vtec b series. B16, B18c1/5, and jdm b18c all share!!
