i took my harmonic balancers out of my block.
when i go to put them back in. do i need new bearings?

 

no; its just the pulley.

 

I think the OP meant the balance shafts.

 

I would inspect the bearings if there's any nick or scratch on the surfaces where it rides on the balancers.

I would just get a new ones and measure the oil clearances as I saw one balancer bearing failed on a buddy's JDM H22A and totally destroyed his new motor.

 

do the balancer bearing come out right?
because im having a tough time taking them out.
even if theres nothing wrong with them i still would like to get aftermarket bearings. just to be safe and secure because i dont plan on taking my engine out twice. lol

They have to be pressed out. Take the block to a local shop and they can press them out and install some new ones.
