Default clutch issues/tranny issues, i dont know but it's weird

Whats up guys, i have this weird noise that is coming from, what to me sounds like, my throwout bearing... it only does it at start up for a little while, when i rev it, it gets faster and when i press the clutch in and out and changes the tone of the noise as well... but it eventuallly goes away... it sounds like a spinning grind and i can feel it in the clutch pedal sometimes like something is pushing back on the throwout bearing. it chatters like crazy when i start off in first gear, sounds and feels like the motor and tranny are gonna fall out of the engine bay. So far a few times while i'm driving it, it randomly hesitates and seems like it locks up for a second then it just continues on... the fluid is at the right level, the clutch is a brand new stage 5 sprung competition clutch and the transmission was freshly rebuilt.... so i don't know what the issue is. and i'd let to get a feel for what some of you tranny gurus think before i start pullin stuff off and replacing things that don't matter.

Sounds like an input shaft bearing issue, but you say it happens when car is parked and you just rev engine so that doesnt fit the input shaft bearing. I'd go in and inspect because youre going to have to pull trannsmission regardless

yeah, i figured i would have to pull the tranny off... but i have no idea what is wrong and right inside the tranny just by lookin at it. i have no experience with it AT ALL. I really hope it doesn't have anything to do with the inside and its just the clutch assembly, guess we'll find out though

ps. it doesn't do it all the time on start up... it didn't do it at all today. but tomorrow is another story

bean how long has it been ran for?
when i replaced the bearings, i know for a FACT that was the main one i replaced along with the top side bearing on the lsd. possibly when the idiots at ups dropped it, something got stuck?? or mabey some of the debris got into it and scared the inside of it?? let me know how it goes.
