Help Alignment! How to remove Front Tension Rod on Civic?
I got a 98' Civic EX.
I took it to the alignment shop to get one done. They refuse to do one unless the Tension Rod is replaced.
Looking at the Tension Rod its hooked up to the Rack & Pinion Base which is mounted onto the engine then onto the chassis. I would like to have that intact during this repair if possible.
Here's a quick picture just for reference on what piece i would need to replace in order to get my alignment done. Since it has a small foul play when you twist it from the hub.
