Default 95 hatch passenger side airbag delete

swapped dash to a 92(no passenger side airbag)now srs light is on as expected. My question is can u splice unplugged wire harness wires together to be able to get light off.Drivers side is fully functional only thing removed was pass bag there was a harness with 2 wires plugged into it that is now unplugged.I have heard of using a resistor between wires but not sure.Does anyone know how to fool computer to think the pass side is there any help would be great.

You can access it from the bottom of the cluster, not the back, IIRC. But, that doesn't really resolve your problem and get your car working properly, does it? I found this link re: adding a resistor. Then you will want to reset your srs light.

Here is the document I think you're looking for. The original long dead and buried web page can be found here, but you're better off using the PDF I downloaded for you that's attached to this post.

Un-plug the yellow connector on the back of the cluster. -Later, BR

the srs reset is helpfull but wont the system throw light when it looks for passenger bag thats why i was wondering
if you can splice something between wires for unhooked bag so it thinks it there and then reset light and drivers side will still work.

I believe the driver side will still work, even with the light on. If you do what I said above, the SRS light will not light up. It's easier than pulling the bulb. -Later, BR

I *know* ... that's why I edited my post to link it to the DIY on the Prelude where the person added a resistor. Click the link, and don't listen to these people advising you to take short cuts. Bad advice.
