Question about JDM B16A Block? 1996 Civic Hatch

Default Question about JDM B16A Block? 1996 Civic Hatch

So I took my car to Speed and Sound today and talked quite a bit to Austin and Mark today. Thankfully my car checked out and passed the inspection without any real issues. However, the oil squirters all 4 of them were broken nothing was damaged just sitting in the bottom of the oil pan. How does this even happen?
