*** Chipped P78 ECU for a B16A Swap?? ***
H-T,
I am picking up a 00' EK Hatch with a B16A swap and the car currently has a "chipped P78" which ive never heard of.
does any1 have info on this? as per the owner, he says the car bogs out @ 4k rpm with a P28 which is what ive been using on all my setups.
i researched the P78 and discovered its a automatic transmission control module for 94-95 integras. so im a bit confused.
plz help, thanks.

additionally, i test drove the car and vtec pops just fine and revs to 8,000 w/ no problem.
but i wanna get the car tuned to spec. any feedback is appreciated.

Yes, the p30 will be the correct 'stock' ECU for that engine in your chassis
