there is a bracket on the low pressure A/C line that is between the low pressure port and where the foam begins to cover the line. It is up above the condenser fan just sitting there not attached to anything. Can anyone provide a pic of where it is suppose to be secured?

Do you mean the A/C condenser? The radiator is on the passenger side.
