well, for a good engine to run nicely, it really should not be out more than 10psi between cylinders

rule of thumb I had always heard was less than 10% difference between max and min means you're good.

The Haynes manual says the standard B16A2 should have 184 psi compression and the minimum is 135. The maximum allowable variation between cylinders is 28 psi per Haynes. The factory shop manual doesn't list a pressure but matches Haynes concerning the 135 minimum and 28 pound variation.

seems kind of high.. i did mine not to long ago and was between 160-165.. Is the engine stock?

Could be better, could be a lot worse. Probably not really worth doing anything about it. If you want, do a leak down test.

really i was thinkin kinda low, all my motors (b16s, d15b, d16z6, b20z was 220) are around 210

it has 155000 miles on it has a short ram aem intake but other than that its stock.the thing is i forgot to hold the throttle open while i checked it
