Default help!! code 10 and 13 IAT and BARO press

ok, ive searched and searched and searched on this and found nothing for my current situation...

im getting code 10 and 13 on my b18b1 swapped 96 civic dx h/b. running an obd2 harness to obd1 p75.

ive traced the wires from the iat sensor back to the correct plug on the obd1 harness. it checks out. ive taken the original obd2 plug for the iat (the one on the intake tube) and extended the wires over to the obd1 iat plug. (on the intake runner) doing this fixed both codes for about a day, then they randomly just came back. all connections are soldered, heat shrinked, and put back in the harness covered with oem harness loom and electrical tape. aka done right!

i really have no idea at this point. the signal from the iat to the ecu is ran correctly. i have continuity at the green wire going to the iat. i have continuity through the sensor and back to the ecu. so WHY does it not work?!!? UHG!!! btw car runs like utter crap. low throttle imput makes the car surge on the highway. (like im tapping the brakes lightly when im not)

the car will also randomly cut out. not cut off, but it will act like it has no fuel left for a second, then after its thrown its temper tantrum, it runs like it normally does. (still not good)

i was just wondering if anyone out there had some more suggestions for me or has had a similar problem.

thanks in advance HT!!
