Default alternator problem, please help!!

Ok i have a 93 del sol si with a supercharged d16z6. The problem i am having is i can start my car and drive it, if i use my headlights, cd player, or anything that takes power the car wont start back, the battery is died. The car is putting out 11 volts at idle.

Things i have done or replaced to fix the problem.

-New Alternator
-New Battery
-Ran a wire straight from the alternator to the fuse box
-Checked fuses and relays
-Tried a different ecu

Ive done all this and nothing has fixed the problem, with the headlights on the car cuts out at around 3.5k and the gauges start going crazy, i turn them off every thing goes back to normal. Anyone esle have this problem? Im completely lost and dont know what to do.

With the key in ON(II), do you measure battery voltage at the Blk/Yel wire terminal in the alternator plug?

did you make sure your grounds are all alright? I'd check all of them and clean them up with some sand paper or emery cloth. Is the battery fully charged? The battery should be 12 with the car off and more like 14.5 with it running.

Is it possible you have a short that is draining the battery?

Ok so the black and yellow is fine, all grounds seem fine. But we tested the wire from the alternator to the fuse box, at the fuse box the wire is getting 12 volts, when I disconnect the wire from the fuse box and test the wire again I'm getting high 14 to low 15 volts from the wire, any ideals?

1) What is the voltage across the two battery posts with the engine off?

2) What is the voltage across the two battery posts with the engine idling when the headlights are on versus off? Does the cluster battery/charge light remain on under either of these conditions?

3) Is the CEL on? Any CEL codes?

4) Do these tests:

Well im at the point now were i am replacing parts of the harness of the car. The kid i got the car from extended about 4 sensors for the supercharger, all he did was twist wires together and heatshrink them (complete hackjob), i was able to pull them apart with little effort. Also i seen today that the car had a alarm at one point in time and it was removed. So i picked up a 95 si engine harness tonight and im replacing it in the morning, hopefully this fixes the problem, if not im moving on to the interior harness.
