I wanna know where I can buy parts to do a d series rebuild to build it for turbo. I know I will need bigger pistons but what else would I need and is it easy to swap a D16 for turbo?

 

How much do you plan to boost?

You don't HAVE to build if you stay around 5-8 psi.

Run it hard as stock up to 250, but you can do 225 daily

 

go to a shop. any shop can pretty much order anything. look on craigslist. look in h-t marketplace. look at the ads in superstreet,importtuner,turbo. Contact arias,golden eagal, or any other machining company. I would crap myself if you honestly can find parts in the whole interweb or phonebook...

 

if you want it cheap, vitara pistons and eagle rods will hand the power that you are looking for. make sure you get some head studs as well, golden eagle has a very nice set.
