have a 93 civic hatch. has a ls from my integra in it obd1. it ran in the integra. wont in the civic. fuel pum p primes, dizzy and ecu are good tested on another car and ran fine. what could be wrong? pulled injectors and theye are spraying. fuel pump has hella pressure. can hear and feel main relay clicking. all fuses are good, battery at 100% turns over fine but just wont crank, pulled plugs and dizzy isnt firing.

dizzy is getting power according to my test light, ecu is fine worked in other car, pr4 ecu has cel code, single cam ecu dont have code. the timing belt is a month old i put it on when the motor was in my teg, running and driving. tried putting another dizzy on that i know 100% works because my friend drove to the house using it, but the same problem.

well i tried to pull ecu codes, and it wont let me, i hooked the double pin together and turned the key but the cel just stays on, no flash.. iv been looking at obd1 pin outs all day to see if anything in my harness has been hacked but it all looks good. as i said inknow the dizzy and ecu are good, so what else could be causing this?? still not firing but turns over like a charm?? im confuuuuuuuuused.

With the PR4 installed, does the CEL remain on steady when the key is turned to ON(II) without the service connector jumped? If not, crank the engine for about 30 seconds and then check again. When the CEL remains on steady, jump the service connector immediately.

haha it wont crank bro, not firing
Long shot but is the ground wire at the thermostat housing present, and tight?
Usually it will disable the fuel pump, but possibly it could be affecting spark delivery.

AHAAA! my main relay isnt getting power to the #7 pin. from intense seconds of typing on google i have come to the conclusion that the nuymber 7 pin goes to fuel pump.
