If your Dizzy is not getting spark...you could get out a volt meter to make sure its even getting voltage...and then if not it could be an ecu issue....just a thought

Any CEL codes?

Also test the coil and igniter unit inside the distributor and make sure the timing belt did not snap or strip.

With the PR4 installed, does the CEL remain on steady when the key is turned to ON(II) without the service connector jumped? If not, crank the engine for about 30 seconds and then check again. When the CEL remains on steady, jump the service connector immediately.

The starter does not crank the engine? I thought the starter cranks but the engine does not fire up and run.

Long shot but is the ground wire at the thermostat housing present, and tight?

Usually it will disable the fuel pump, but possibly it could be affecting spark delivery.

AHAAA! my main relay isnt getting power to the #7 pin. from intense seconds of typing on google i have come to the conclusion that the nuymber 7 pin goes to fuel pump.

Resolder the main relay and check the three fuses with a voltmeter.
