Noise In Tranny- Lost of Power What can it be?

Icon2 Noise In Tranny- Lost of Power What can it be?

hey guys wats up i have a question cus i have a bad input shaft bearing it has this ticking/clicking noise and when i step the clutch pedal in the noise goes away... i was wondering if that would make your car loose power? cus my 1st and 2nd gear are really loud and i have no power until like 3rd gear high rpms thanks

input shaft bearing is bad, throwout bearing is not the same thing btw.

whoa thats weird then.. i wonder why i dont have power in my 1st, 2nd gear i always thought it would be the input shaft bearing making me loose the power

lose power? liikke, the car itself doesnt wanna go and kinda hesitate but the engine goes faster?

hey i have the same problem kinda my civic will start off slow then when the vtec kicks in then it will work fine

yeah kind off like that car itself doesnt wanna go and kinda hesitate but the engine goes faster i dont really know how to explain it but yeah kind off like that...
what do you guys think could be the problem i think im just gonna go buy me a new tranny

If the engine is revving up and you're not going faster your clutch is slipping.
