Icon3 b20 swap wiring problems and other issues

whats up ht. i got a few questions, first of all my swap is a b20b into a 97 ek hatch. i finally got everything put together and i just have a few questions b4 to be on the safe side.

first what exactly do i have to do to get my iac all set, im usin the stock dx wiring harness so i believe i have the 3 wire plug and i need the 2 wire plug, i do have the conversion harness so i can run my odb1 p75. whats the best method to wire that up correctly.

second i was readin something about the crank sensor. i know its not near the crank pulley on my motor cuz it jdm. but what exactly ( if anything) do i have to do to make sure thats allset.

third i have basically the same problem with the iat as i have with the iac, what exactly do i have to do to hook that up. i have the skunk2 im with the iat sensor mounted on the runners but no plug on my harness that fits it.

thats basically it but if any1 could please help me out it would be greatly appreciated. i know some of this **** is pretty basic but i just want to make sure i do everything 100% correct and the right way the first time.

o and if any1 else has done a similar swap and ran into any other problems that i should look out for please feel free to warn me.

Maybe you should swap to a LS harness, that way everything will plug up with no wiring. Thats what I did for my car and I had no issues. When I originally did my swap, it was like replacing my motor with another stocker, cuz I used a harness from a 95 LS teg. Might be ur best bet as well to swap to a odbcorrect LS harness

Repin the ECU end of the harness. Cut the 3 wire plug off the engine end of the harness and solder on a 2 wire plug (obviously 1 wire on the engine harness wont be used)

If you're running an OBD1 ECU you don't have to do anything with it, OBD1 ECUs wont look for it (neither will JDM OBD2 ECUs). If you want to run a USDM OBD2 ECU you will have to perform the CKF trick/fix.

Cut off the OBD2 plug and solder on the OBD1 version, or put the original D-series IAT sensor in the intake arm going from the air filter to manifold and use that.

You can't use an Integra harness in a '96 - '00 Civic unfortunately. They work perfectly in a '92 - '95 though.

The same way you would if you were running an OBD2 ECU. Don't do anything to the conversion harness, simply repin the engine harness as shown below for the IACV

clearly im in idiot lol. its all set now so i started it up again and it was a little better but now i have another question. i start the car and it sounds like its got cams, its not idle surge, i have no vaccum leaks. but the car is breaking up down low. i took it for a quick drive down my driveway and when i put it in gear and try to give it gas it gets all chocked up and doesnt wanna go. heres the thing, i have a 66mm tb, intake and s2 intake mani, but i only have my header on as far as exhaust, could that be why are is there something else i should be looking for? i also dont have my 02 sensor in. could this be my problems or could it be something else??

Install the exhaust and O2 sensor, and go from there.
