im going to jump to the point.

the other day i got caught in the rain, and flooded my 96 civic. I pulled the plugs and cleared the water out of the cylinders, but now when im driveing in gear, when i put it in to neutral the car ideals up to 2000 to 3000,till i come to a complete stop then it ideals down to where its suppost to be. what would cause it to ideal up like that. please any help would be very app.
