Car also stalls when its at running temp. If it doesn't stall it sits REALLY low idle. Please help. ?

What's the idle problem exactly?
Are you throwing a CEL?
When was the last tuneup?

Yes there is a cel and I just did a rebuild. It always seemed to have a low idle (around 300 maybe 400 rpm) but now its to the the point where if the car is warmed up if I start it it will die. Anything else I can answer that might give you ideas? I'm trying despritely to get this fixed.

And if I'm driving and put in the clutch it also dies. I have new spark plugs, dizzy, dizzy cap and rotor.

Clean IACV?
Clean FITV?
What have you done so far?

My bad cel is now off. Friend didn't tell me he unplugged the thing that plugs into the intake. (Well its connected to it) but still idling low, he thinks its my icv screw could that result in low idle and stalling when its not positioned correctly?

Take the IACV and the FITV off like grumblemarc said and clean them.

just took off the IACV and cleaned it. also adjusted the screw it's still bogging down and dying. Would the FITV still cause it to die?

Could have cleaned it by now and ruled it out as an issue.
