HeLp with B16 IGNITION TIMING

Default HeLp with B16 IGNITION TIMING

So i had to install a new dizzy on my car and the only way it will run decent is if i advance it all the way.. Why is that before the dizzy sat right in the middle.. any ideas????

That's odd. Could you have installed it a tooth off? I just went to set my timing on my B16Y8 and to get the timing marks close to aligned I had to use up all of the ditributor travel. The timing belt may be off a tooth.

you need to use a timing light to set the ignition timing properly. if you cant get it to adjust properly then double check the cam timing. if all is good there then maybe you have the wrong dizzy??
