***PLEASE READ FIRST & PICS BELOW***

please help me out with this...

Ok just took my d15b2 out and got the complete a6 swap in.. now we are running vacuum lines but on the back on my intake manifold (drivers side) which i believe is my fast idle control vale (black yellow wire and a green one). ok so i have the si map sensor put on the engine bay but there is only one plug that will fit.. the other that doesnt fit on the map sensor is (black yellow and a green wire) But when i put the old dx map sensor to the two plugs they both went in and thast leaves the one on the intake unplugged.. ***so do i use si map sensor and cut/extend the wire to the other side of the mani leaving the second plug on the map sensor open? or use dx map sensor and plug the two wires in leaving the one on the manifold unplugged?*** also is the si map sensor needed to run vacuum to the a6 mani correctly or could i use the dx map sensor? and whichever i need to run can a get a good diagram on the vacuum? easpecially if i can run the dx one***

here is the si map on the fire wall and the dx one in my hand.. as you can see both plug into the dx one but on the si one the top (blk/yello and green) will not fit.. which would run to my ficv but leavs the top plug unconnected.. if i did that is that not good/right?

I dunno what EXACTLY you are trying to do, but when I get home, I can tell you EXACTLY how you should have it wired.

ok that would be great man.. if you could show me how all the lines hook up that would be awesome! I am trying to figure out which map sensor i need to use with my d16a6 swap... I put it in my dx and dont know which to use. I converted to mpfi and like i said idk which map sensor to use and depending on which i use it could leave my fast idle control valve not plugged in.. (if i use the dx map sensor) is that something i need plugged in?

ANYONE ELSE THAT THINKS THEY CAN HELP PLEASE DO!!!

im still using my pm5 map sensor converted to mpfi with a zc sohc and no ecu codes or cel...!!!

 

could you show me some pics on how i would hook vacuum lines up using my dx map sensor to my d16a6? and in that case with a dx map used, what would i do about the fast idle control valve wire not being plugged in behind the intake manifold? let it hang there?

didnt know where to look throught the 44 pages! ahh!! haha lol pics would be great though.. also do i have to have a dashpot on my car? my throttle body doesnt have one. can i just connect vacuum hoses elsewhere and block like one or two off?
